…system detection verifyDirectories and shouldSkipPOSIXDirectoryChecks hardcoded context.Background() when calling detectFilesystemInfo, discarding the cancellable context that security.Run already receives. Thread ctx from Run through verifyDirectories and shouldSkipPOSIXDirectoryChecks so the filesystem detection path observes cancellation at the detector boundary. Plumbing only: the downstream detector still runs its syscalls without a timeout, so this does not by itself fix the preflight hang on a dead mount (issue #242); the timeout/abandon handling is a follow-up.
