Release bump 0.70.0 → 0.71.0. Ships #149/#150/#151/#152 — the 'every run → multi-dimensional data + free dataset exhaust' substrate, proven composed e2e. npm-only (Python RPC client stays 0.59.1, matching the 0.61→0.70 line). Published via
pnpm publishafter merge (the v*-tag path is dormant for npm — npm/PyPI versions are managed independently). Local main: tc 0, lint 0, 1662 tests pass.
