I had issues building in VS and i thought this would be relevant. This suppresses a warning that the properties are visible to the designer even though they shouldn't be. If you want me to revert it I can do so.

SvgStyleelement.SvgCssVariablePaintServerso declared CSS variables can be used as paint servers.Any other comments?
Color will resolve even when variables are declared at an ancestor level.
