Import default chain settings from sdk #308

Users don't know what value should be set as finality confirmation. When they set low value it may lead to their data get corrupted in case there's a reorg in the network. Oppositely it negatively affects indexing performance

Solution:
For popular networks set default finality confirmation values
Expose default network settings from SDK
