Creating Foldcomp Database Containing Discontinuous Domains #75

Hi I'm having trouble creating a foldcomp database and the problem appears to be the fact that many of my domains are discontinuous. When I compress my domains, I encounter an issue with the database querying all the structures. I found I could get around the issue by removing discontinuous domains.

When I run foldcomp compress with skip-discontinuous:
/home/gridsan/akolodziej/foldcomp compress \ -t $THREADS \ -d \ --skip-discontinuous \ $PDB_DIR \ $OUTPUT_DB

I get a functioning database, but many of domains are now not included. Are there any workarounds here so that I can include discontinuous domains in my database?
