Support Azure DevOps service connection

Description

During next days, I'll publish a new Azure DevOps task and service connection to support STACKIT Service Accounts nativelly within Azure DevOps. This PR adds support for native a service connection.

As soon as the new task is public, I'll update the PR adding more info to the guide, but in terms of code, this is all the needed changes
