Message reads download every attachment body by default, which is unnecessary for inventory and metadata-only scans.
This adds message list --no-download. Channel-history and full-thread results retain available file name, MIME type, and mode while omitting local paths and download errors. The existing download-by-default behavior is unchanged, and the README and agent skill describe when to use the new mode.
