- Introduced a new test file for PhraseBackTranslateStepSettings to ensure reopening saved settings does not overwrite toolSettings, addressing issue TT-7553.
- Implemented mock functions for necessary dependencies and created a test harness to validate language selection behavior and state management during component lifecycle.
