docs.rs build for mozjs is broken

The docs are built in a sandbox with blocked network access.

Potential solution is to run cbindgen in dev time (when running update.py?), but it is possible (but unlikely) that headers are not same on all targets.

If I understand correctly the linked issue then committing Cargo.lock might help (since it allows cargo metadata to run without network access)

But does it get uploaded to crates.io on publish? I do not think so.
