Remove workaround for buggy make version once cargo fifo jobserver is there

#735 introduced a workaround to solve #375, by ignoring cargos jobserver.
Once rust-lang/cargo#13483 is solved, we can also remove the workaround and inherit fifo-based jobserver, since that doesn't trigger the bug in make.
