Changes

add AGENTS.md with the automatic main-branch production deploy rule
document the custom SSR deployment path and TypeScript 6 pin
update Astro/Cloudflare/Wrangler/image tooling dependencies
refresh transitive dependencies to resolve npm audit findings

npm audit (0 vulnerabilities)
npm outdated only reports intentionally pinned TypeScript 6.0.3 vs TypeScript 7
