[Feature request] Ringtone selection from any (sound) file

Currently, selecting a new ringtone requires adding it to the music library. Please add a selector for arbitrary sound files in the file system. Not everyone likes listening to occasional ringtones when shuffling the music library. A music library can also be rather large, making it hard to find a specific ringtone.

It shouldn't require per se adding files to "music library". The thing is maybe more that the mediaplayer music library shows everything it finds in the user directories.

This feels like two problems combined into one:

• Problem 1: there might be sound files all around while the user otherwise has a neatly organized music collection. Adjusting ringtone picker wouldn't necessarily fully fix this, e.g. in case random files are downloaded they would still show up.
• Problem 2: even with the search, it can be hard to find intended ringtone in the flattened sound file list.

For the first problem, could consider if the mediaplayer should allow to restrict the locations it's using, e.g. SD card, Music directory, other places in device.

For the second problem we could implement a file picker that allows some control on the location.

The earlier out of these should be easier to implement.
