Change

The shared cache section keeps sccache as the worked example. It adds one sentence that other RUSTC_WRAPPER / build.rustc-wrapper tools use the same hook, and links kache (cargo install --locked kache).

No Cargo code change.

Tracker: kunobi-ninja/kache#1035

sccache stays the worked example. Note that other RUSTC_WRAPPER tools
use the same Cargo hook, and link kache.
Keep sccache as the worked example. kache uses the same Cargo hook
but configures it with kache init.
