Refreshes the scale-ladder's build-status badges and ref links for what's shipped since PR #401 (the doc's creation, merged 2026-08-17). Docs-only, data.js only — images.js not regenerated.

Judgment calls left unchanged

• 10^1 "Around you" stays buildable. The GeoDanmark ortho drape technically reaches this scale resolution-wise, but it's a top-down photo, not object-level 3D — "the last step before the person fills the frame" needs real structure the scene-workbench pipeline hasn't captured outdoors yet. Updated the viz text to say so.
• 10^18 "A nebula" stays aspirational. PR Analytic Milky Way: emission field, dust, HII regions, and a fluid ISM map #544 (analytic Milky Way emission/dust/HII field) is explicitly tool-only per its own description ("no app-engine code drives these shaders yet") — not wired into the app, so it doesn't deliver this rung.
• 10^23 galaxy clusters: checked the "gravitational-lensing shader is written but not yet merged" claim — PR Gravitational lensing: SIS + NFW thin-lens with precomputed NFW image-finding LUT #365 is still open, so it's still accurate. No change.
• Heliosphere/Kuiper (10^13-10^15) and molecular scale (10^-8 to 10^-10): swept git log since docs(powers-of-ten): scale-ladder map with per-rung imagery #401 for related work, found nothing merged. Left as-is.

Re-centring on the actual endpoint

The ladder was written as if centered on "the visitor" — a parametric SMPL
body at the site visitor's own geolocation. The plan was never that; per
docs/research/2026-08-20-powers-of-ten-to-the-eye.md the pivot is a fixed
real person and place: Chris, lying on his back in Søndermarken
(Frederiksberg, Copenhagen), holding a banana for scale, captured by
photogrammetry, not parameterized. Updated to match:

• Title, subtitle, intro paragraph, and the pivot flag ("◆ You are here" →
  "◆ Chris, looking up").
• 10^0 pivot rung: subject/anchor/viz rewritten around Chris's actual pose;
  src drops the Geolocation API and SMPL body model (neither applies to a
  fixed, scanned person) and cites tools/scene-workbench + the research doc.
• 10^-1 (face), 10^-2 (eye), and the inward retina/DNA rungs: "your" → "Chris's"
  or "his" where it reads naturally.
• Outward human/planetary rungs that assumed the visitor's location ("your
  city", "where you stand", "your region", "not wherever the visitor actually
  stands") now name the real place: Søndermarken, Copenhagen, Sjælland,
  Europe. The "only over curated regions, not wherever the visitor stands"
  caveats are gone — Sjælland is one of the harvested regions, so coverage is
  exactly where this ladder needs it.
• Cosmic/stellar rungs ("Your galaxy", "Your spiral arm", "Your solar system",
  "Your star") → "Our …", since those are shared, not Chris-specific.
• Rung statuses and built/buildable judgements from the status-refresh commit
  above are untouched.

Retina rungs: HFseg1 connectome (provisional)

• 10^-4 (retinal layers), 10^-5 (one ganglion cell), and 10^-6 (its nucleus) flip research → buildable, sourced from HFseg1 — a serial block-face SEM connectome of a human fovea (52-yr donor, 180×180 µm, ~150 µm deep, 5×5×50 nm voxels; CNN-segmented + CAVE-proofread; browsable at https://neuromaps.app/datasets, programmatic access via CAVEclient; see the PNAS 2026 paper). 10^-3 (the mm-scale retina) stays research — HFseg1's patch is only a fovea corner, and the bridge to a full mm-scale view (e.g. OCT) isn't sourced. Licence/redistribution terms for HFseg1 are unverified; this is a provisional call per the user's ruling, may be revised.
