you should take the branch name from the argument, like we do for jsdec etc..

ps1 (and shell) script for jsdec also uses hardcoded "dev" if that's what you mean
I'm planning on making these scripts (and CI) less rigid by removing hardcoded values. Making a release for cutter is a nightmare right now, we need a more streamlined approach having all of the configurable values in a single file would be nice
