Dear developers,
I am suggesting to make Python dependencies optional for SimpleHypergraphs.jl. I am a PhD student and currently working on a directed hypergraph visualization library under the guidance of @espottesmith. This new visualization library relies on https://codeberg.org/CoReACTER/SimpleDirectedHypergraphs.jl and, of course, SimpleHypergraphs.jl. I want this new DHG visualization library to be as portable as possible and I am not planning to use Python dependencies for any cause. Thus, I suggest to add check whether the Python toolchain can be found and make plotting function available accordingly. For sure, this will benefit many downstream libraries. I am also happy to implement this change, just wanted to make sure it would be welcome before making a PR.
