Automated weekly catalog refresh. Verified programmatically that every added line is a monthly_pulls/stars/generated_at field value — no structural or schema changes. Single file, both lint and validate green. Same shape as the previously-approved lab#640/#657.

This regenerates docs/data/catalog/linuxserver.json from the 2026-08-24T06:00:16Z snapshot. Two newer full regenerations of the same single file are already open, and #696 is the newest.
