Whitelist bullquest.fun (false positive)

bullquest.fun is being blocked by Phantom as "potentially malicious". It is not
in blocklist.yaml, so this appears to be an automated heuristic flag rather than
a manual listing.

We are a free-to-play Solana game, live since July 2026.

On wallet interactions: we request a sign-in message signature only. We never
request seed phrases, and sign-in never requests a transfer approval. Purchases
are ordinary SOL transfers to a published treasury address.

We believe the flag was triggered by a sudden signup spike. We traced that to a
bot farm and have since banned roughly 1,900 accounts from it.
