Holding this one. @tanstack/react-table 9 ships as ESM only, so Jest cannot require it and the whole suite dies on createRequireEsmError across all three platforms. Taking the bump means sorting out the ESM handling in jest.config.js first, and probably reworking the call sites for the v9 API, so it needs a proper piece of work rather than a dependency merge.

Update @tanstack/react-table to v9.

v9 is ESM-only and replaces useReactTable with useTable, which takes an
explicit set of features, row models and named sort/filter functions.

- Let Jest transform the TanStack table and store packages.
- Share one pgTableFeatures definition between PgTable and DataGridView,
  registering the sort and filter functions the tables refer to by name.
- Rename the sortingFn column option to sortFn.
- Allow rows without sub-rows to expand, as v9 otherwise refuses to.
- DataGridView features now supply controlled state through a tableState()
  hook rather than calling table.setOptions() during render, and the
  expanded row model is registered up front.
- Fix the select-all checkbox's indeterminate state (v9 reports "some rows
  selected" when all are), a getValue reference that lost its 'this', and
  Enter on a sortable header, which built the sort handler without
  calling it.

I've pushed the v9 migration onto this branch (bumped to 9.2.4): the ESM Jest fix, useTable with an explicit shared feature set, sortingFn → sortFn, getRowCanExpand for detail/form rows, and the DataGridView features now supply controlled state via a tableState() hook instead of calling table.setOptions() during render. Jest (967) and all feature test modules pass locally.
