Unloaded plugins do not show up as installed in the Installed Tab

Whenever a plugin is unloaded via Developer->Unload Plugin it doesn't show up in the Plugin Manager's Installed tab, even though it still technically is.

It does show up as installed when searching for the plugin manually in the search.
