Update PortAudio from
stable_v19_20110326(March 2011) to v19.7.0 (April 2021). The old date-based label is not a newer semantic version. Use the officialpa_stable_v190700_20210406.tgzarchive, replace its SHA-256, increment the build ID and refresh the version matrix. Preserve the Linux-only formula selection and existing static/no-JACK build options.Validation: exact archive SHA-256
47efbf42c77c19a05d22e627d42873e991ec0c1357219c0d74ce6a2948cb2defverified. Built and installed a native macOS static library, then linked and ran a version API smoke test confirming 19.7.0. The upstream macOS makefile hard-codes warnings as errors; that host-only smoke build used the configured flags with-Werrorreplaced by-Wno-error. No formula warning policy changes were made. Linux/ARM validation remains CI's responsibility. Bash syntax, diff checks and checksum audit passed.Source: https://files.portaudio.com/download.html
