Verify the stable Mesa archive with SHA-256 and invalidate GLon12 outputs while preserving the D3D12 backend configuration.
Validate x64, ARM64 and ARM64EC packages on relevant PRs with native Meson. Reuse exact compiled caches, upload review artifacts and publish assets to latest-modular on upstream pushes without repeated release metadata updates.
Exclude CL and _CL_ from native-process environment path conversion, preventing warning flags from becoming linker input paths. Invalidate prior builds.
Mesa uses WRL client.h from the SDK winrt directory. Add that directory to the manually constructed MSVC include path for all Windows architectures and invalidate cached builds.

Update Mesa used by the Windows-only GLon12 formula from 26.0.4 to stable 26.2.4, with a verified source SHA-256, incremented build ID and refreshed version matrix.
Build GLon12 as an optional Windows modular package for x64, ARM64 and ARM64EC. Relevant PRs and manual dispatches now run dedicated GLon12 jobs using native Windows Python/Meson/Ninja and MSYS as the shell. Core bundles remain unchanged.
Reuse exact compiled-output caches keyed by architecture, formula/build infrastructure, runner image and native tool/MSVC/SDK context. Repackage cache hits, verify each ZIP contains both OpenGL/D3D12 DLLs, and upload review artifacts. Upstream branch pushes upload
oF_glon12_vs_<arch>.zipdirectly to the existinglatest-modularrelease, avoiding a release-metadata update from every job.Validation: exact Mesa archive SHA-256

Workflow YAML/actionlint, shell syntax, cache/installer regression checks and diff checks passed. Optional formula selection includes GLon12 on Windows without adding it to core. Full native compilation awaits the newly enabled Windows CI jobs.Source: https://archive.mesa3d.org/mesa-26.2.4.tar.xz
