AtomSpace Explorer unable to display the following json file.

The visualizer(AtomSpaceExplorer) is unable to display this json file. Attached is screenshot of error message printed by chrome's debugger.

FYI, Sherman isn't working on the ASE any longer, you'll need to see who the current caretaker is and assign, maybe @tesYolan?

This is an issue with having atoms in outgoing connection not being present in the rest of the description as in https://gist.github.com/misgeatgit/33a662fc9654c91b2460201d0f7f2f3b#file-ghostafcontent-json-L22(i.e having a handle). Either we have to pull the atoms not in the attention focus the user of the app, or ignore such errors from the visualizer side. @misgeatgit let us know what you would prefer to do.
