assertions: falseto select the optimized Release archives from munich-quantum-software/portable-mlir-toolchain#94. Existing callers and legacy manifest entries retain assertions; unavailable variants fail explicitly. Debug and assertion-free toolchains use distinct cache directories.The manifest generator recognizes both archive variants. Standalone installers expose
-a OFF(Bash) and-no_assertions(PowerShell).Validation: 10 focused manifest, selection, fallback, and input-validation tests pass; TypeScript checking, regenerated action bundles, Bash syntax checking, and all pre-commit checks pass. PowerShell execution and downloads of the new archives await hosted validation and publication of the toolchain artifacts.
Both SDK variants contain native archives. Consumers may enable LTO for their own code without an exact compiler-version match; normal ABI and runtime requirements remain. Linux release SDKs supply BOLT tooling. README lint passes after this contract update.
Depends on munich-quantum-software/portable-mlir-toolchain#94 and publication of its assertion-free archives.
