When reviewing a pull request:

Make sure commits (and associated messages) make sense and reference bugs (at least one bug should be mentioned!)
Full test coverage?
Does style conform to our coding style guide?
Run Tests on relevant platforms
Does the bug have a target milestone?
Has the documentation been properly updated?
