Description

Adds a "Data last updated" line under the page subtitle so visitors can see at a glance how fresh the benchmark results are.

The date comes from the Last-Modified header of the result files the app already fetches, which on GitHub Pages reflects when the site was last published. No new dependencies and no build config changes.

This addresses the confusion in #2321: the site republishes on every push to master, but the GitHub Deployments page still shows early-2025 because the site moved to actions/deploy-pages@v4 (which publishes through the newer Pages API and doesn't populate that classic view). Surfacing the date on the page itself makes the freshness obvious.
