feat: Prometheus Metrics Endpoint for Container Stats #1600

I would like to use the metrics exposed by the Komodo API for Grafana dashboards.

Currently I am using a wrapper which just converts the response from the Komodo API to a format that can be scrapped by Prometheus. This means I have to run a seperate service to collect the container metrics. I also used cadvisor before but it also requires me to run an extra service and requires way more resources than my thin wrapper service.

Would it be possible to integrate such an endpoint into Komodo?
I would be willing to implement it.
