URL scheme to set time not working, if Timer window not already open #150

Describe the bug
If Timer isn't already open, using the new URL scheme isn't setting the timer to the specified time, as documented in the 2.1.0 release notes.

To Reproduce
On MacOS:

1. Make sure Timer is closed.
2. In a terminal, execute open "timer://25"

→ Timer window opens, but the timer is set to 0 minutes.

Note that running the command a second time, with the Timer window already open, correctly sets the time to 25 minutes, and starts counting down.

Expected behavior
Timer should open, set to 25 minutes, and start counting down.
