   As part of this work, isiscloudwin4.isis.cclrc.ac.uk Windows cloud node was taken off from jenkins and added to github actions and the unless stopped restart policy was applied to all the self-hosted gh Windows runners - isiscloudwin1, isiscloudwin2, isiscloudwin7 and isiscloudwin4.
