Adds wt uninstall, which prints a removal plan with real paths and deletes nothing. The output is a shell document — explanation as # comments, commands bare — so every line is copy-pasteable:

  1. Trees first, since finishing them safely needs wt itself (wt ls / wt done, git worktree remove for leftovers); when run inside an initialized repo, the rm for its .git/wt.toml.
  2. Shell integration: the actual wt shell-init lines from ${ZDOTDIR:-$HOME}/.zshrc, quoted by line number, or the stock eval line when none are found.
  3. Binary: brew uninstall wt (+ optional untap) when the binary resolves into the Caskroom through its PATH symlink, otherwise rm <path>.
  4. Config and state: one rm -rf naming only the global config and state dirs that exist, so a fresh install isn't told to delete paths wt never created.

repo.StateRoot is extracted so the state path is spelled in one place. README, docs/shell.md, and docs/agents.md are updated; the Phase 7 checklist splits off the brew uninstall re-verification, which needs the v0.1.0 cask.

Non-destructive by design: prints a shell document with the real
paths — rc lines by line number, brew vs rm for the binary, and only
the config/state dirs that exist — and removes nothing.
Extracts repo.StateRoot so the state path is spelled once.
