Replace the bundled HTTP relay flow with automatic nostr offer discovery, adaptive Bitcoin network selection, random eligible provider choice, strict BOLT11 and offer verification, bounded asynchronous request PoW, and detailed privacy-conscious browser diagnostics. Include focused unit coverage.
Add the curated Nginx image, full bitcoind/LND/nostr Playwright settlement stack, pre-commit and CI checks, and GitHub Pages publishing gated on all test jobs. Document signet configuration, diagnostics, privacy, and operations.
