Knowledge-fs 1.0.3, which Cloud production runs, builds the knowledge graph before a document publishes, so no indexing task schedules the after-publish graph step. The Service API reference still described that step as running or failing after publication.

• Rewrites the two semantic_enrichment field descriptions: the step isn't scheduled, state reads not_scheduled and then disabled, and nodes_completed stays 0.
• Removes the sentences and clauses saying graph building could still run or fail after an indexing task published, including the can_retry exception.
• Changes four finished-task examples to disabled, 0, and null, and sets each task's updated_at to its completion time.

Verified against knowledge-fs 1.0.3 and dify 12a60ab9a1 by an independent code audit. The editor test and the zh and ja translation tests returned "Ship with light edits", and the marked sentences are fixed. Lint 0, parity 0.
