fix: correct response mode, workspace overview, and legacy agent casing - #1153

Drop the Cloudflare 100 s figure and match the ChatRequest wording: the default when omitted, one bullet per mode, and the Dify Cloud edge-proxy risk on blocking.
Remove the Model Providers row, which repeats what the Integrations row lists, and reword the Japanese knowledge base phrase in both audience copies.
Per the glossary, Legacy Agent is capitalized only as a label; sentence and list-item starts keep the capital.

Three small corrections, held until the Cloud 1.18.0 docs went live (#1143). Each is its own commit, and the three commits touch disjoint files.
Service API spec:

Legacy Agent casing
The glossary capitalizes "Legacy Agent" only as a label (the badge, nav, titles, the spec's app-type lists); running prose writes "legacy Agent". Five en pages are lowercased: the Agent, Chat, and Streaming API guides, and both copies of the Agent overview. A capital at the start of a sentence or list item stays, as do the guide title, its
sidebarTitle, and the CLI app-type table. zh and ja have no letter case.Checks
The format, parity, spec lint, spec parity, and internal link checks are clean. The editor and translation tests were skipped: each changed sentence either changes one word or reuses the Chat request wording, which already passed both.
