Dependency updates for version 8

clipboard-copy: browser api is available, could be removed?

graphql-upload: update to v17?

graphql-upload update is currently blocked by apollo-upload-client jaydenseric/apollo-upload-client#368

Many of these are only used internally and only a limited few (like Prisma or React) are part of our "public" API.

Pull requests accepted! Some can be easy, but some can be painful.

I marked some as blocked in the past as no trivial upgrade path existed https://github.com/keystonejs/keystone/pulls?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Apr+label%3Ablocked , usually as a result of ESM and our use of jest.

We removed jest in the last two weeks, so these pull requests may only need rebasing now.
