Add every repo in grails-plugins and gpc that carries the template's scripts (grails-cascade-validation, grails-cookie, grails-export, grails-jasypt, grails-recaptcha, greenmail, grails-cxf-client, grails-cxf, i18n-enums).

Scanned all non-archived, non-fork repos in
grails-pluginsandgpc(95) for the template's synced scripts (.github/scripts/verify-repository.groovyorupdate-versions.groovy) on the default branch and onN.N.xbranches, and registered the ones that have them.Registered
