Better Configuration Management for Automation

Made it a bit simpler for automation and less injected code

• added url param ?xrAutomation=1 which automatically configures any scene to be ready for automation rather than having to inject code
• Awaited simulator starting to prevent race condition when simulator is started but not loaded and actions are already entered
  • race condition occurs in automation scenarios
• aligned documentation
