Why:

Fix: #45831

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

Updated the pull request review documentation to reflect the current GitHub user interface.

  • Changed the instruction from View changes to View reviewed changes, which is the label currently displayed in the GitHub UI.
  • Updated the outdated screenshot associated with this instruction so that it reflects the current interface and button label.
  • This keeps the written instructions and visual guidance consistent with the current GitHub UI.

  • The changes in this PR meet the docs fundamentals that are required for all content.
  • All CI checks are passing and the changes look good in the review environment.

Many thanks for spotting and fixing another one, @ashis-baral—this one looks good as-is, so I'll go ahead and merge it 👍

@subatoi You are very welcome! I used the developer tools to change the username and avatar to “octocat” to match the GitHub screenshot guidelines. Is this fine?
