chore: Apply air 0.11.0 formatting and roxygen2 8.1.0 docs - #577

Conversation
The routine CI job regenerates these on every run; on fork PRs (e.g. #576) it cannot push the result back and fails instead.
roxygen2 8.1.0 emits \usage{print(...)} for S7 methods, which R CMD check
treats as documenting base print()/str() (codoc + missing alias WARNINGs).

Unblocks #576 (and any other fork PR).
The
routinejob runsair format .anddevtools::document()with the latest tool versions, then tries to push the result. Since the last commit on main, two releases changed their output:=assignment to<-inR/ggnet.R/R/ggnet2.RimportFrom()inNAMESPACE, replacesRoxygenNotewithConfig/roxygen2/version, adds\usage{}for S7 methods, reformats re-export linksOn main the scheduled run makes these commits silently; on fork PRs GHA can't push and the job fails. This PR commits the generated output (no hand edits).
After merge, #576 needs to merge/rebase main.
