Risk Assessment: moderate (2/5) DetailsThe issue-aligned 4-file/60-line fix has no dependency or workflow changes and preserves default identities, but touches three protected scripts with elevated historical churn, author diversity, and fix/revert rates; the added documentation and corrected fixtures leave the composite risk at 2/5, unchanged from the prior assessment. Previous runRisk Assessment: moderate (2/5) DetailsThe narrow issue-aligned fix changes 3 files and 57 lines without dependency or workflow changes, but touches three protected script paths with elevated historical churn and fix/revert rates; these signals support moderate risk, unchanged from the prior assessment. Previous run (2)Risk Assessment: moderate (2/5) DetailsSmall (3 files/57 lines), well-tested, backward-compatible fix scoped tightly to a narrow linked issue (Tier3 ~1.17, Tier1 ~1.63), but it touches 3 protected script paths and those files carry elevated historical churn/fix-revert rates and missing coupled files (Tier2 ~2.57), yielding a weighted composite of 1.82, rounded to a moderate (2) risk. |

Labels: This PR fixes custom FULLSEND_APP_SET bot identities being misclassified as human PR authors, matching the repository's bug-label convention. |
pre-code.src.sh hardcoded BOT_LOGIN/CODER_BOT_LOGIN to the default fullsend-ai identities when excluding bot-authored PRs from the existing-PR check. forge_list_prs_for_issue already accepts these as parameters, so in environments configured with a custom FULLSEND_APP_SET, the custom coder bot's PRs were never excluded and were misclassified as human, causing the pre-script to skip the code agent. Derive BOT_LOGIN as "APP_SET[bot]" and CODER_BOT_LOGIN as "APP_SET-coder[bot]" (APP_SET = FULLSEND_APP_SET, defaulting to "fullsend-ai"), so existing deployments keep their current identities. Regenerated scripts/pre-code.sh via scripts/bundle-sh.sh per the source-of-truth convention. Added regression tests covering custom app-set bot/coder identities, plus a default-unset case confirming a same-named custom identity is NOT excluded without the matching FULLSEND_APP_SET. Note: pre-commit could not fetch its remote hook repos in this sandbox (certificate verification failure on github.com). Ran the configured hooks directly instead: shellcheck -x -e SC1091,SC2001,SC2016 (clean), gitleaks detect (clean), and the pre-commit-hooks fixers (end-of-file-fixer, trailing-whitespace, check-merge-conflict, detect-private-key, check-added-large-files, mixed-line-ending — all clean, no changes needed). …t FULLSEND_APP_SET Addresses review findings on PR #1589: - The custom-app-set regression fixtures added in c6b881e used suffixed logins ("custom-app[bot]") and omitted author.__typename, unlike the existing bot fixtures and real GraphQL responses (bare login + __typename: "Bot"). The production jq filter in forge_list_prs_for_issue strips the "[bot]" suffix and requires __typename == "Bot" to exclude a PR as bot-authored, so these fixtures never matched and both "does-not-block" assertions actually failed (verified: `bash scripts/pre-code-test.sh` showed 2 failures before this fix). Switched both fixtures to bare "custom-app" / "custom-app-coder" logins with __typename: "Bot", matching the established fixture pattern. All tests now pass against both the source and bundled targets. - Documented the optional FULLSEND_APP_SET variable in the code agent's Variables table (docs/code.md), including its purpose, default, and effect on the existing-PR check. Not changed: the review's protected-path finding on scripts/pre-code.src.sh / pre-code.sh / pre-code-test.sh is the mandatory merge-gate finding (category protected-path) and only requires human approval before merge; it does not prescribe a content edit. 🔧 Fix agent — iteration 1 (bot-triggered)Fixed two medium findings from the review: corrected the custom-app-set test fixtures in scripts/pre-code-test.sh to use bare GraphQL-style logins with __typename:"Bot" (the prior suffixed, typename-less fixtures made two new regression tests silently pass without exercising the fix, and the same failure is reproduced by this PR's own CI script-test job), and documented FULLSEND_APP_SET in docs/code.md's Variables table. The third finding (protected-path) is the mandatory human-approval gate and prescribes no content change, so it was left as-is per the fix agent's protected-path authorization rules. Fixed (2):

Summary
scripts/pre-code.src.shhardcoded the bot identities (BOT_LOGIN/CODER_BOT_LOGIN) used to exclude bot-authored PRs when checking foran existing human PR on an issue.
forge_list_prs_for_issuealreadyaccepts these identities as parameters, but the call site always
passed the default
fullsend-ai[bot]/fullsend-ai-coder[bot]values. In deployments configured with a custom
FULLSEND_APP_SET,PRs opened by the custom coder bot (e.g.
custom-app-coder[bot])were not recognized as bot-authored and were treated as human PRs,
causing the pre-script to skip the code agent.
This PR derives both identities from
FULLSEND_APP_SETat the callsite:
