Horizontal Scrolling in Code Blocks Interpreted as Back Gesture

Describe the bug

When you scroll a code block to the left, it's interpreted as a swipe left.

To Reproduce

1. Open any post that contains a code block long enough to require horizontal scrolling.
2. Swipe right to scroll the code block horizontally, then swipe left.
3. The "Back" action is triggered.

Expected behavior

The code block should scroll left without changing the page state. There should be no redirect to the posts list.
