LGTM — buf.yaml + fishjam/ protos, prepare.sh uses pseudomuto/protoc-gen-doc via Docker, fishjam_protos/.tool-versions pins Elixir. (Nit: 'buf via mise' is sandbox-provided, not in repo config — CI uses the buf Docker image.) Accurate.

Adds
AGENTS.mddocumenting Cursor Cloud dev-environment setup. No production code changes. Validated:buf lint,buf build,buf format. Codegen (prepare.sh,fishjam_protos/compile_proto.sh) additionally needs Docker + protoc's Elixir plugin.
