   1. Sonatype JIRA Account: Register and create a JIRA issue to request access to Sonatype OSSRH (Maven Central Repository). You can do this at [Sonatype's JIRA](https://issues.sonatype.org/).
   2. Group ID Approval: Your groupId (usually aligned with your package name) needs to be approved via the JIRA ticket.
   3. GPG Signing Keys: Ensure you have a GPG key generated, as published artifacts must be signed.
   4. Gradle Installed: Make sure you have gradle installed on your machine.
