Consolidates ten pending dependency PRs into one change so CI runs once instead of ten times with a rebase between each.

What

Root module

examples/ module

Plus the transitive closure go mod tidy pulls in (otel core/metric/trace to v1.45.0, grpc-gateway to v2.29.0, x/crypto, x/text, x/mod, go-urn, mimetype).

Why one PR

All ten touch go.mod/go.sum, so merging them individually means each one invalidates the other nine.

More importantly, #106 and #113 were failing CI and could not be fixed on their own. examples/ carries replace github.com/doordash-oss/oapi-codegen-dd/v3 => ../ and requires validator directly, so bumping only the root module leaves examples/go.sum stale and make generate dies with:

go: updates to go.mod needed; to update it:
	go mod tidy
make[1]: *** [Makefile:8: generate] Error 1

Bumping both modules together is what makes them pass.

Verification

Run locally on this branch (Go 1.25.7):

  • make generate - no uncommitted changes produced
  • make check-fmt - clean
  • make lint-ci - 0 issues, both modules
  • make gosec - 0 issues, 15534 lines
  • make test - full suite passes

Bumps the root module (x/tools, validator) and the eight framework and
telemetry dependencies in examples/ that had upgrades pending.

The root and examples modules cannot be bumped independently: examples/
carries `replace github.com/doordash-oss/oapi-codegen-dd/v3 => ../` and
requires validator directly, so a root-only bump leaves examples/go.sum
stale and `make generate` fails with "go: updates to go.mod needed".
Doing both in one change is what keeps CI green.

Supersedes #106, #107, #108, #111, #113, #124, #125, #126, #127 and #128.
