API endpoint to allow zip control-file to be deleted #1283

The API supports /customers/{customerId}/resources/pdf/{queryName}?args={**query-args} to delete persisted pdf resources file, which will force the PDF to be regenerated on next request.

We should also support a /zip/ equivalent, to allow consumers to force zip file to be regenerated.

Can we make this a single endpoint that can delete different projection types, rather than needing to write a new endpoint when a new projection type is introduced?
