Add audit fields and tags (for collections) when returning authenticated collection responses. This is for storage-collection and search-within responses. Use the
.AdditionalPropertiesbag from iiif-net package as these are non-standard properties.Changes to accommodate
IHierarchyResourceto have all audit fields, not justCreated..ToSecondPrecision()helper to avoid repeated.Floor(DateTimeX.Precision.Second)requests.
