disableOssIndex not working #184

Describe the bug
Due to issues with maven and ossindex, I have tried to disable it in the additional arguments:

additionalArguments: '--exclude /.nuget/ --disableOssIndex)'

This does not work and causes the pipeline to fail with "Unrecognized option: --disableOssIndex"
