Seems good, but do we currently want to make the library and client building reproducible on other platforms than Android?
Using strings libpng16-16.dll and strings libpng16-16.lib shows there are several strings as well as exported symbols containing your local username and the path of the cargo registry (CC ddnet/ddnet#12292).

The other libs already implicitly use it via ddnet/ddnet#12555, only the dynamic libs are affected here.
