DAOS-19451 test: Add pool/container default attributes check

Add checking the default pool and container default attributes.

Test-tag: test_one_pool_hw test_two_pools_hw test_one_pool_vm test_rank_filter test_two_pools_vm

Steps for the author:

• Commit message follows the guidelines.
• Appropriate Features or Test-tag pragmas were used.
