The tooltip and notifications turned out to be misleading to the user, as Coolify does not differentiate the underlying reason behind a restart. So it doesn't matter if a restart was caused by an actually application crash or by a simple clean exit. The explicit wording of "crash restarts" however makes the user believe, a clean exit won't count towards the restart limit. Removing this wording, should avoid this.
