[Feature]: Keep an account of the wrong submissions #192

What problem does this solve?

Users would prefer to have an account of all the submissions, right and wrong, to reiterate and check how they have arrived at a particular solution. Would highly suggest to add this feature.

Proposed solution

Save wrong submissions.
